Show and Tell Friday!

Well, I have been noticing on a bunch of other blogs that they have certain events that corrospond to certain days. One of these is that Fridays are for show and tell! Yay! I was talking about this earlier to Hannah and she asked if she could do it today so I said, "Sure!". So she took the camera and her very favorite special American Girl doll named Nellie out in the backyard and took 56 pictures! I am not going to post them all (hee hee) but here are a few. The first is Nellie climbing a tree, next is Nellie strolling through the yard and the last is Nellie doing some gardening.

Nellie was a gift from Steve's sisters Laurie and Mary one year. Hannah got tears in her eyes she was so happy when she opened that gift.

Ps. Hannah will be watching for comments... ;-)

Hannah...
What a lovely doll..perhaps she was named after Nellie Oleson? (just kidding):^) My daughter, Jessica, had and still has the American Girl doll-Kristin. She was her favorite. I made some clothes for her waaaay back in the day. Have you read the American Girl book series? My granddaughter, Miss M, loves those books.
Your pictures were very cleverly posed. You must continue to take photos. It is a wonderful hobby.
Thanks for posting your show and tell this week!

Wow! What a pretty doll. I love the short blonde hair and the pretty blue dress. What good poses too, she almost looks like she's really enjoying the nice day outside! :)
Keep up the good picture taking, and thanks for showing us your Show and Tell.

Nellie is such a pretty doll and I love all of the pictures you shared with us! She looks so cute up in the tree, what a sweet friend you have! My daughter, Grace, has the AG doll, Molly. :0)
Feel free to come to my blog and add your blog link to Mr. Linky so that others can come see Nellie too!

Precious pictures1 I love American Girls dolls! I don't know that my granddaughter will like them enough for us to work on a collection, but I did give her a Bitty Baby for her first birthday. She is three now so I guess I better get started. I think I see AG for Christmas!
